Emotional Abuse by Relia Card Customer Service

For 6 months I have been trying to get resolution of my claim which I filed because I had no cell phone service for 3 months and I want my money back. Relia Card received supporting documentation via fax back in December 2020, however I did not get refund.. I have spent 2 hours on the telephone and was treated in most horrific way that any person could possibly treat another human human being.
