For the price point charged for their items, I would expect superior service which unfortunately I did not experience. Ordered 3 pendant lights- 2 arrived timely. However, the 3rd light was left behind somewhere in the warehouse. Dealing with the company over this issue was quite frustrating. Had to eventually just put in a reorder and wait on the arrival. User's recommendation: Stay on top of This Company.
