Loan repayment has not been updated for days

My loan repayment is due on the 27th of February, 2021 but made payment on the 16th, sent proof of payment, spoke to a customer service representative who confirmed receipt of the payment . And yet account is not updated till date. Sent several emails, placed several calls but all to no avail. Kindly resolve. Thanks and kind regards. Quadri Olushola
