Most of my perscriptions can be mailed,no co-pay I have one script that requires a co-pay over the phone I can't use my credit card it only works when I take 4 buses to physical swipe it in my CVS pharmacy? My Mastercard which is issued by Social security. Direct Express, Cvs has been communicated , to know avail,I continually recieve the same response "I don't know how to rectify the problem or who to contact " Is there a resolve to be had I so need help please.
