I am forced by Aetna to use CVS pharmacies.

In a year and a half as a forced client, I can't recall a time when I got all the medicines I use in one trip. Multiple trips for 2 or 3 weeks are required. Complies are ignored, or I end talking to the same pharmacist who is incapable of keeping enough inventory to service their customers. Annoying your clients is not a good business strategy, neither is contempt. User's recommendation: If you are an Aetna/CVS customer resistance is futile you must comply i.
