Refusal of return

Was told I couldnt return anything for 180 days. CVS is my pharmacy for all prescriptions And all my household goods.. I usually get a monthly delivery AND have NEVER returned one single item. I did not have my receipt however I suggested looking up my account. They said they could not and gave me a number that I had to CALL on my personal phone.. Outrageous
