Possible Switch and Bate

It's going on 2 weeks that I spoke with someone at the Atlanta headquarters. She stated that someone by was supposed to have called us by now. She also gave us a ticket complaint number in this event. Did the complaint through your website as well. Again, I want to settle this issue so my husband I can move forward please.
