Not being able to connect to inmate during video visit

I pay 30 $ monthly and the last two visits my husband and I have been sitting waiting to connect to each other for our visit and we are in able to do so . Im not sure why but would like it if someone would fix our visits. User's recommendation: Have a number for tech support where u can talk to live person.
