You people didn't even answer my call. Your phone was always busy. No answer at all.. I subscribed for you tube music back in July however my card was declined due to didn't have enough money in my account. So I was done.. I did NOT authorize your company to turn around and take the 9.99 dollars out of my account on August 03, 2021 to which your company did... I was declined when I authorized therefore I I did not try after that and you were not authorize to take the 9.99 out.. you need to right now put that money back immediately...
