Clothing issue

Bought pajamas not the first time and its like t shirt and falls wholes in it like patches. And it's expensive now they do not want to exchange it. Went to Nigeria for 5months how could I exchange it at Brakpan store.Am a pensioner and buy all my clothing there. All I want is a pair of pajamas. Please help or is this the new South Africa. Regards
