Original review updated by user Apr 27, 2021 I have emailed and called and have gotten absolutely NO help. I rented a car in Denver on 4/3 and asked if they had car seats to loan out. Man told me yes, went and grabbed them and never said a word about having to pay for them. I was charged $120 for 2 booster seats that I technically could have gone without had I known I would be charged for them: all I want is a refund for the unnecessary charges that were charged to my card. Not to mention, I chose this company from the travel website because it was the cheapest but with all the hidden costs that came out by the end, it turned out to probably be the most expensive. Dont fall for their low pieces youll get screwed. User's recommendation: Do not use this company!
