This is my FOURTH complaint about the UPS driver. This time it was left by the front door. The front door was chosen only because the dog was not in the front fenced yard. Why does UPS not train their drivers to deliver the packages where the customer want them delivered. I want packages delivered to my back door on the shelf there. What does one have to do to get the UPS to deliver where I have repeatedly specified the location? User's recommendation: It does not matter your choice they will deliver where THEY want too.
