Unhappy with the service & way I was treated

My order arrived at the FedEx hub 7 days ago. Was transfer between the right hub and then the wrong hub 2 times. Sat at the right hub for 4 days. Was set up to be at my home 2 times. I called customer support 3 times. Was promised, lied to. And hung up on. This has happened before. Suppose to be delivered today. We will see User's recommendation: If you can. Use anyone but FedEx. I would .
