Careless handling

I have a Dropbox for packages. It is clearly labeled with a sign on the front. But FedEx will place my packages outside by the road instead of using it. Ups and usps have no problem with it. If I see that shipping is with FedEx i will not buy from that companu User's recommendation: Use ups or usps.
