Hi my account is been in review with the fraud department from earlier February. This has been on going my account has been shut off and perhaps it's best till this is resolved. My issues are the added 2 extra lines and a watch purchase that occurred in February. I personally believe this is a kona att employee yet every month I'm beginning to get my services to be fixed. I'm over it . I am seeking your assistance because I don't want to go thr legal action route. But considering that now. My phone number was XXX XXX XXXX I had only 2 lines. Bill was only $140 per month. I own my phone already. Thanks for your time. User's recommendation: Get a different company.
