Did not get my pizza

I ordered delivery online and after trying to call the store 10 times and noone answering after 2 hours plus drove to the store spoke with guy working. He said they didn't have any drivers and were using door dash but wasnt sure if they picked it up or not so he was going to void the order. I called the store today to make sure and he hadn't done anything about it. The girl I spoke with today said she couldn't void it and I would have to call back tomorrow and speak to the dm . so i called csr and she filed a report says it will take about 3 days to hear back from them. I just want my money back and not one person apologised
