HOTSPOT

hotspot failed to work so called "customer service" and they were totally unhelpful. I had to go to ATT store and they told me to call Customer Service???!!! User's recommendation: Avoid ATT (bell south) at all costs. Horrible customer service. I had to visit an ATT store and they told me to call Customer service. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.
