Doors were closed 10 minutes prior to closing time, which was 8pm the day I visited. Announcements were every 2minutes prior to closing and at 7:58 they said they closed the registers and all customer should make way to customer service desk to check out. From 8-8:05 there were 4 increasingly rude announcements telling customers to leave the store. I was out the door by 8:05 and I felt like I had committed a crime for staying in the store so long. I never did find the correct SS washer I was looking for so I bought like 10 different l ones to try later. After I open them all I will return the knew I dont need. Never seen anything like it, Full grown adults acting more unprofessional than a teenage McDonalds closing crew at midnight. Stay Classy Lowes. User's recommendation: Home Depot is across the street.
