Horrible customer satisfaction

I called in to place an order because I was having difficulties ordering online. They told me I couldnt order the same offer unless I ordered online. I tried again and finally managed. Well I thought I had. I drove to get the pizza and waited in line for 10-15 minutes. Only to find out my order was placed to a different Pizza Hut. I drove the 15 minutes to get the cold pizza and when I told my story to the manager( she laughed and said she could User's recommendation: Do not order from the hut 1943 portage av.
