This is worst customer service experience ever.

I have over 100,000 point and there is no way to redeem them. All store have been closed in my city. All telephone number listed are disconnected or don't answer. The web sites are hard to navigate. Then they tell you to redeem your points because they expire. Sears is going out of business because they deserve to. User's recommendation: Stay as far away from Sears as possible. I was a customer for 52 years.
