I called Sears Service to for a Dishwasher repair in Nov. 2020, after the assessment, I had to pay almost $600. After several weeks, I called to get a refund. It is not June 2021 I am still trying to get my refund. I have returned all the parts. User's recommendation: Never use Sears or any Transformco company.
