Sears has failed to deliver upon warranty & commitment

Have warranty on upright freezer, parts replaced 2X, still not working, being avoided By CS rep, have not been contacted as promised, ongoing issue since 5/5/2021, have lost $400 worth of food & meat, was told will be replaced, still without. Been a longtime consumer of Sears products & appliances, very disappointed & pissed!... Will be posting my experience on social media platforms...... User's recommendation: Do not purchase warranty with Sears, they to not honor their worf.
