My appointment for refrigerator repair was cancelled (which took a month to wait for as they only have a repair person in my area at rare intervals) and I can not get anyone on the phone. It is all computer or hang up. I have a neighbor who will cover for me (they give an 8am-5pm window) if Im not around and I just want to give someone her information as she has offered to help me be available. It is so frustrating that there is no way to actually speak to a human. User's recommendation: Don’t use Sears. They used to be amazing in repair and I always used them. Now they clearly are going broke.
