I am extremely dissatisfied with the Sears Home Warranty. I have made multiple calls over the past few years for an refrigerator/ice machine repair. During these repairs, the outside frame of the ice machine was damaged and knocked loose. Was not a problem I was concerned with, until now since it is hanging lopsided and doesn't work regularly. After I paid the $100 service call fee, the technician advises that the frame cannot be fixed unless a new freezer door is ordered and that is not covered under the warranty. When you ask speak to a manager, NO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER is available and No email or phone can be given to you. They take your monthly subscription and service fee, yet they will not fix your problem.... the problem that they caused! User's recommendation: buyer beware.
