I am not a mortgage holder, but a neighbor of my deceased neighbor who was. I have been trying to get reimbursed for irrigation association bills, which I have covered out of my own pocket. Customer service is a joke. I have never asked for account information, just reimbursement for bills. I am getting nothing but a huge run around. User's recommendation: Run away.
