Manager wanted to ask patron to leave and District Manger told them it is not Big Lots policy to tell their customers what to do. Everybody felt uneasy with this particular patron and Big Lots refused to act appropriately. Furthermore, I was advised that they are also not providing proper masks and gloves for all there employees for cleaning the store. And, the District Manager is bullying employees into performing tasks such as cleaning bathrooms without proper PPE. They did not know I overheard this private conversation. It was very disturbing. User's recommendation: Do not shop Big Lots until Management backs up their employees and protects them.
