I have sold a jacket for 150 in April, is almost July, the payment is blocked with no specific reason. I have received a message from Vinted saying you will be contacted soon. No-one has ever contacted me either via phone or email and its impossibile to get in touch with CS. Where is my jacket and were is my money? User's recommendation: Don’t use the app.
