Update by user Aug 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Aug 05, 2021 No action from Vinted so far Update by user Aug 05, 2021 NOT SOLVED YET Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2021 I have sold a Swatch. The buyer complained that the box arrived broken. Vinted refunded the buyer. The problem is that the buyer never sent me back the Swatch. Vinted keeps saying that is not their problem and I have it solve the problem with the buyer.
