Error with my order

I ordered two pairs of shoes totaling almost $500 and on my confirmation emails it gives me two different shoe sizes that they sent. I can't get anybody on the phone for its a recording telling you to submit a claim for information. I got nowhere with the phone number. As you can see by the attached screenshots I sent, there are two different shoe sizes on there and I want to make sure I get the right ones. Seems simple enough to figure out, but I can't get anywhere with these people.
