I have made an order to be shipped to Poland and after receiving an email from GOAT about a possible problem with address with courier company, I have contacted the courier company with no avail. The customer service seems to have no idea that she is working for a courier company, she wouldnt follow up on the package saying she has no number to contact the warehouse and the website is useless claiming information that theyre about to deliver when they havent handed it in to a courier. I tried to contact Goat to follow up but they have not done anything other than forward the information to their team of researcher User's recommendation: Don’t order to poland because Goat have chosen the worst courier company there.
