Well for many months now I have been trying to recover tmiddleton0034@***.com, an email that I've had for a very long time. Yes it was stolen a time or two but never by Google themselves, and then held for a $200 ransom. Yes, more than once I've called your account recovery BS, those folks couldn't even lock the account to prevent any loss of data money etc. This is not cool Google in any type of way. I had a great rapport built up with you over the years but this about ruined it User's recommendation: Better not allow your phone to get torn up or stolen.
