4 months trying to get a refund

Someone tried to scam using these cards , in Dec. 2020. I caught the scam and reported it to these MY VANILLA clowns. I have called many times , each time they either hang up on me or tell me to call back in 24-48 hours. Customer service is a JOKE. They even assigned me a "case number" now when I call they hang up on me.The cards are inactive and noone will talk to me. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEMSELVES. IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HAVE AN INTERPRETTER AVAILABLE. THESE GUYS SUCK!!!! If you are employed there you are part of arip off con. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT.
