I have a complaint — I could not enter my minimum amount due.

I tried several ways to connect with your forms. My account number is: 4120 61** **28 5993 and my name is Michael McEuen. I tried several different ways to access my account number but nothing worked. All I want to do is pay the minimum balance due on my account. Please inform me what I need to do to make the payment I owe today. Thank you. Please inform me on what I must do. THANK YOU>;;;
