I have enjoyed drinking Arizona Arnold Palmer Lite for some time now. I noticed that my bowel movements had changed but figured if was due to lifestyle changes. The condition continued to get worse as time went on. I began getting diarrhea on a regular basis. I couldn't figure out why. Finally, I stopped drinking Arizona Arnold Palmer Lite and noticed immediate changes. No diarrhea or stomach cramps. After 1 week I decided to try drinking an Arizona Arnold Palmer Lite and within an hour had diarrhea. I waited another week and tried again. Same result. I have no idea as to the long term health issues that drinking this product may have caused. I will no longer be able to drink Arizona Arnold Palmer Lite.
