Sedgwick, BBB ,and USAA worked to resolve our refrigerator issue.The refrigerator was installed incorrectly and caused water damage beneath the floor. The floor was dried and needs to be replaced. After 5 visits, to replace parts , the refrigerator was replaced by Best Buy yesterday. We still have a claim for floor damage. User's recommendation: Persevere with all available sources. This issue has been since September.
