Clippers worked for maybe 1 hour, new out of the box. Sent clippers to have them refurbished and worked for 15 minutes. Oster asked for pictures of clippers and expressed I had owned a model 76 previously. They will review the pictures and respond. Model 10 clippers haven't worked right from purchase. Hopefully Oster will make things right. User's recommendation: Choose your product on previous ownership.
