I have an application for LOA from 8/02/21 to 08/13/21 for my husband Robert Darter being sick. He passed on 8/03/21. Ill have the death certificate after his funerals to prove my application. I need to talk to a Sedgwick associate about this situation and also I will return to work on 8/14/21 (as I presumed).
