Hadn't even had the bed 3 months and the mattress was already sagging where we sleep. The middle and ends are still firm. Should have just kept the old bed cause we still wake up with sore hips and back depending how we sleep on the Beautyrest Platinum Backcare 3X. In the pic where the wrinkles are that's where the mattress sags User's recommendation: I would not buy this mattress. Was told it was one of the best.
