We were sold that this company was top of the line. We spent almost $100K on exterior doors and windows. We have had lock failures on a sliding glass door, that have required a locksmith to come out multiple times. We have had the shaft between the door handles break on two little used doors twice. They dont provide the shafts, to fix it ...you have to be the whole door handle unit which is over $100 for a $5 part. I can tell you the engineering on the shafts is substandard. This is the 10th home I have owned in 45 years. I have never paid so much for windows and doors and had so many problems. I have never had problems with exterior door handles or sliding glass door locks. Their customer service is arrogant and unhelpful. User's recommendation: windows are awesome, the doors are great, door handles and locks are terrible. Dont buy the doors the company doesnt stand behind its product.
