Purchased two (2) AC units complete with new heating units in 2014, every year Freon was required to be refilled; installer recently conducted leak tests on the two systems and the results are: both evaporative units are defective, leaking Freon. It is obvious that this issue has been ongoing from the amount of complaints registered on message boards throughout the internet. It appears the courts feel that despite the onslaught of complaints regarding the same issue, no recourse is give to the consumer, perhaps the only manner is to raise awareness of the incompetent manufacturing ability of Goodman and all the other AC manufacturers, as it appears the problems is across the board, and boycott these companies to the point of bankruptcy.
