Case # 111**** I write 3-4 complaints to this lousy company a day. My AC/Heat split unit 3 yrs old has never worked other than functioning as a fan. Daikin/Goodman will take your money and never stand behind their crap product. Split unit bought in 2015 has never held Freon, you know the stuff that makes this FAN an air conditioner. Goodman / Daikin DOES NOT CARE. Stay away from this company
