It is incomprehensible that I have tried so many times to get in contact with them and still no answer or response. I have reached via social media: Facebook/Twitter/instagram even responding to the links they provided and yet after two weeks still no answer. How is it possible that even if you try to change your flight on the website it sends you to a link and then you get a message saying that You would have to call customer service. That is exactly what happened to me and so many customers. Its not fair and they dont have the right to steal customers money and expect them not to show up to the flight even after they cancelled the flight. It is corruption at its finest and then they have the audacity to ask the government for a bailout. They need to close their business permanently because I will never forget this experience and I will make sure no else makes the mistake of ever flying with them! User's recommendation: Choose another Airline or take your chances with a kayak and row to your destination!
