Pissed off at Maytag customer service

long story short it took 1 hour on hold just to have Maytag give my phone number to a local Maytag repair shop. then I waited till they called me. It then took 4 weeks for them to come out to look at the dishwasher. It apparently needed a new electronics board that the control buttons work with. It has been another 4-5 weeks since their visit and nothing from them about the part or fixing the issue. almost 3 months. ndon'tdo User's recommendation: dont buy a maytag. customer service sucks.
