sonic normand blvd, jacksonville fl. i have wnet to this location about 10 times and it never gets any better. every time i ask for sauces, they dont bring them and the food is always cold especially the mozzarella sticks. last night was the worst. about 5 order menus were out. waited about half hour to order then they forgot ice cream cone. that is what i ordered first. horrible just horrible. User's recommendation: stay away, cold food, wait times long, bad attitude from workers.
