XBOX BF4 Rented server (Lack of) support. ‘Fails to connect to server’ ‘Error 1’

EA have flatly refused to resolve server connection issues for all xbox BF4 rented game servers in EU that have been experiencing complete service outage for 5 days. Our server 'The KillerCupboard 24/7 GOLMUD Mandatory Fun) has been hosted since 2016, still has a valid rental agreement and paid hosting fees. Our 11,000 users aren't very happy with EA. User's recommendation: Please go to social media and shame EA into supporting their servers.
