I contacted I bought a 7 days ago because I accidentally created new accounts because I couldn't remember my account information and while putting in different emails accidentally created different accounts.I was having a hard time verifying my phone number to receive my payments because it somehow got linked to one of those mistakenly made accounts. But the only option they have for customer service is their email help desk and every correspondence with them takes 2 days to get a response. Right now when people are struggling it is ridiculous. I understand if maybe it was my first email to them but every single email to them shouldn't take two days at least to respond especially you already have a case open I've been in customer service for years and that's ridiculous. User's recommendation: If you're new to I bought I know this if you want to receive your funds you will have to verify your email address your telephone number and your name.
