Will not show latest uploaded receipt

I upload my receipt from giant eagle, it say do I want to submit the receipt and I say yes then it brings up 3 different pins cold cream items. I did not buy or want to buy these but when I try to go back it says I will have to resubmit my receipt. How do I get rid of those so it will take my receipt?
