Quadpay sucks ! They have absolutely NO customer support. I was charged for a product that I never received by a scamming merchant ! I reached out to quadpay to notify them with screenshots and proof that I was scammed and they have yet to give me a refund ! I made this purchase in January 2021 .. its July 2021 . Nearly 7 months have passed and I paid for the product in full without receive anything ! They told me they were opening a case and reaching out to the merchant and months have passed with no resolution and they have not even reached out to me . I just want my refund and Im never using them again . Cannot be trusted ! Use Afterpay .
