Account was wrongfully suspended

I sent this email to eventbrite . Hi my name is Darrell Walker and I’m an event coordinator from Los Angeles . I’m sending you this message personally because my account was wrongfully suspended on eventbrite . I’ve been using eventbrite for 4 years and never had an issue until now ! Next week is the biggest party of my career and it’s in jeopardy now ! My account was suspended due to another website selling tickets which I knew nothing about and when I asked about which website I didn’t get an answer ! I feel this is a disservice I’ve been with eventbrite for four years ..didn’t throw any illegal events during the pandemic and once California finally opens I get back to hosting events and my account gets suspended for something I didn’t do that I wasn’t even aware of and it’s a disservice and eventbrite is Sabotaging my business ! I’ve already taken steps with getting legal action involved
