Recently stayed at a Best Western in Eugene Oregon. At a time when sanitary standards should be the highest, I found personal belongings and trash left in the room from a prior guest. I reported the incident to a front desk staff member, as well as customer service.There has been no response. User's recommendation: Avoid Best Western hotels and their affiliates.
